Morning Drop-Off Procedures/Traffic Directions for Vehicles Bringing Students to TCMS

PLEASE READ THE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY.  We will monitor the flow of traffic and make changes as necessary throughout the school year.

Thank you in advance for your cooperating in making the drop-off and pick-up procedures successful!

• All vehicles will turn onto Walker Road (street that runs on the EAST side of Big Top Flea Market.
• Proceed on Walker Road around the Flea Market to Jefferson Road
• Turn left onto Jefferson Road
• PLEASE FORM A SINGLE LINE...ONE LANE MUST BE LEFT OPEN FOR FACULTY AND STAFF TO ENTER VIA THE SECOND DRIVE AND/OR TO ALLOW EMERGENCY VEHICLES A CLEAR ENTRANCE TO THE SCHOOL IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY.
• Vehicles bringing students to TCMS may enter ONLY through the first driveway, which will be the first entrance on the right. (DRIVEWAY 2 is reserved for faculty and staff ONLY)
• Vehicles will be allowed to enter the parking lot at t 7:45AM.
• Once you have entered the parking/drop off lot, please pull forward to the crosswalk
• All vehicles will exit the lot via the second driveway, located at the SOUTH end of the parking/drop off lot
• When exiting, ALL VEHICLES MUST TURN RIGHT ONTO JEFFERSON ROAD
• After exiting, ALL VEHICLES MUST TURN RIGHT ONTO FOWLER AVENUE

Afternoon Pick-up Procedures/Traffic Directions for Non-Carpool Vehicles Bringing Students Home from TCMS

• All vehicles will turn onto Walker Road (street that runs on the EAST side of Big Top Flea Market.
• Proceed on Walker Road around the Flea Market to Jefferson Road
• Turn left onto Jefferson Road
• Non-carpool vehicles (i.e., strictly picking up one student or several students in the same family) may enter ONLY through the first driveway, which will be the first entrance on the right. (the second driveway is reserved for faculty and staff ONLY).
• Non-carpool vehicles that have entered the parking lot/pick up area must pull as far forward as possible.
• When exiting, ALL VEHICLES MUST TURN RIGHT ONTO JEFFERSON ROAD
• After exiting, ALL VEHICLES MUST TURN RIGHT ONTO FOWLER AVENUE

Afternoon Pick-up Procedures/Traffic Directions for Carpool Vehicles Bringing Students Home from TCMS

All carpools drivers will follow the same procedures listed above in order to reach Jefferson Road; however, rather than entering the parking lot/carpool area:

• Carpool vehicles will pull forward and park ON Jefferson Road, parallel to the pick up lot.
• An overflow carpool line can form on the inside of parking lot, parallel to the pick up line on Jefferson
• Carpool riders will use the crosswalk to access their vehicles.
• When exiting, ALL VEHICLES MUST TURN RIGHT ONTO FOWLER AVENUE
